The TRAIN Study is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The study is designed to address the need of improved concussion prevention and management in the middle school sport setting.

The goal of this study is to develop and evaluate a community-based intervention program to help reduce the risk of sport-related traumatic brain injuries in middle school athletes. The TRAIN study aims to better understand how to prevent and manage concussions in the middle school sport setting in a sustainable way.
